1. 01 · 1996 · Green Park

   It started in a living room, not a glass tower.

   Families walked into Yusuf Sarai with a house, a shop, and no file a bank would open. Perfect Finsec Pvt. Ltd. was registered with the RBI that year to sit with those families — chai first, papers second. Thirty years on, the head office is still T-24A, Green Park Extension. The living rooms have multiplied. The habit has not.

2. 02 · Belief

   Reaching the unreached.

   Unbanked is not unbankable. A salary slip is a convenience, not a character certificate. If the household earns, the house stands, and the family intends to repay — a Perfect Saathi will sit. We are not a payday app. We are not a counter that says come back with ITR. We are the desk that comes to you.

3. 03 · Two questions

   Will they repay? Can they repay?

   Intention and ability. Both are read in person — at the shop, at the house, on the street where the work actually happens. Trade-specific grids. Household surplus. A visit that is mandatory, not optional. A PDF can lie. A workshop at 7 a.m. rarely does.

4. 04 · The house

   The shop is the income. The home is the security.

   Most files sit on the self-occupied house — usually the family’s entire savings. That is why we visit the house, not only the papers. Every owner becomes a co-applicant. When the registry is GPA, family-transfer, Lal Dora or Jaipur Patta and you live there, Perfect Plus still opens the file. Banks walk away. We take off our shoes.

5. 05 · Saathi, then Saarthi

   One sits beside you. One holds the reins.
