Papers help. They are not a wall. If you do not have ITR or Form 16, Perfect Finance still assesses income on site in Delhi NCR.
Always useful
Bring what you have. A Perfect Saathi will tell you what is still needed after the first visit.
- Photographs of applicant and co-applicants
- KYC of all applicants (Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID or passport)
- Bank statements for the last 6 months, where a bank account exists
- Property papers — sale deed, allotment, GPA, family transfer or Lal Dora, as applicable
If you have formal income papers
Salary slips, Form 16, ITR or a P&L statement speed the file. They are not compulsory for every product.
For vehicle loans
Quotation or proforma invoice for a new vehicle; RC for a pre-owned vehicle; valid driving papers.
